Train together respectfully
Support other members. Do not bully, harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate or deliberately shame someone’s body, ability or training progress.
Protect privacy
Do not post private contact details, private coaching information or another person’s images without permission. Do not share someone else’s location or route to expose or intimidate them.
Keep content appropriate
Do not post sexual exploitation, illegal content, hateful abuse, graphic violence, scams, spam or material promoting dangerous behaviour. Do not upload copyrighted exercise videos or images without permission. Fitness opinions must not be presented as qualified medical advice unless appropriately authorized and accurate.
Report and block
Use Report on another member’s post and choose the closest reason. Block a profile through its More options. Reports are intended for authorized moderators, not other members. For urgent danger, contact appropriate emergency services; app moderation is not an emergency service.
Review and enforcement
Authorized moderators may review reported content and remove violating posts. The current text filter must be configured and does not automatically analyze images. The publisher must provide real support details and a process for challenging moderation decisions. Do not promise response times until staffing is confirmed.
Copyright concerns and review requests
Contact adaptmotionapp@gmail.com to report a copyright concern, an abusive profile or comment that cannot be reported in the app, or to request review of a moderation decision. Identify the content, explain your concern and provide supporting information where relevant. Do not distribute another person’s private information to make a report. The publisher must establish an effective process for all content types, including profile and post photos, and timely review of reports before public launch.
